The digital ticket is not a livestream! It is a pre-recorded rental that you can enjoy at your leisure.

+ How long do I have to watch/rewatch the Digital Ticket?
You have 30 days from purchase to start watching, and once started you have 72 hours to watch as many times as you like!

+ Will the concert be released on YouTube?
Like our other concerts, The Jangle Ball will not be released on YouTube.
+ Will there be a DVD/Blu-Ray/Digital Download? Will there be a live album?
Yes! We are planning on both after we fully edit, mix, master, and color correct the show... but that work takes months! I wouldn't expect that to be complete before the second half of 2023.
+ Will the live album be available on Spotify/Apple Music?
Like all StarKid albums, Jangle Ball live album will be available for purchase at first through our store as well as iTunes, and then will go to Spotify and other streaming services after about a year.
